PRM? Yes, Partner Relationship Management. We’re in the CRM, customer relationship management, business here, but PRM is decidedly a B2B (business-to-business) function.
As you might have already seen, we’ve rolled out the ability to only show users leads that have been assigned to them. But what about vendors you may refer to business to? You want to share leads with them, but keep them at “arms length”? PRM may be the solution for you.
We’re testing this new functionality for users at the Max level presently. Your partners would need Lead Zeppelin accounts of their own to receive “shared” leads.
If this sounds like something of interest to your organization, please contact us and we’ll set your account up.

This has been one of our most popular requests. We’ve had the ability to assign a lead to another user for awhile, but our customers have been asking to create permissions so that your users can only see the leads assigned to them. Now you can, by editing your user’s Permissions:

Checking Assigned Leads will filter what your users’ see, only showing them leads (as well as associated tasks and files) that they have been assigned.

Looking for a way to see all the companies that you do business with? Look no more! Click on the Contacts tab and there on the right sidebar, you’ll see a link to View Company Directory

If you’ve specified a Company for any of your leads or contacts, they’ll show up here. You can manage company-level information on their company screen, as well as notes, attachments and files, just like you do for your contacts and leads.
Any and all people that you’ve associated to a particular company will be listed and linked on the right sidebar of the company profile screen.
